Indications:

Prophylaxis & treatment of IFIs in patients of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) , pediatrics with acute myeloid or recurrent leukemia & longer duration neutropenia.

Contraindications:

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to micafungin or other echinocandins.
